Facebook has introduced a new version of Facebook Messenger, but this version is especially for kids under 13.
Facebook Messenger is similar to the original Messenger in looking at kids but it has more parental control over children rather than children. Parents of children create accounts for children, while children can only talk to people who their parents add to the list.
Obviously now parents will add relatives and friends, so there is no risk that children will talk to strangers. The Messenger Kids home screen lists people with whom children can talk.
Kids can use interesting stickers and masks to video chat with Messenger. The good thing is, kids will not see any ads on Facebook Messenger Kids nor will Facebook use child data to show any ads.
It also has no in-app purchase feature, so children cannot misuse credit cards.
While this application is considered safe for children, many questions are also being raised on it. This application does not feature screen time or usage duration; some people think that it should be banned to prevent children from using the application at all times.
In addition, 6-year-olds are too young to use such an application or mobile. Facebook is being criticized for raising children in the same way that they are Facebook regular messengers. Use.
