According to the surgeon, Dr. Mathew, he asked Google to disclose the identity of the user CBsm 23, but Google rejected the request. Google believes that they have the right location and time to create the ID. There is no means to investigate. However, the judge says that Dr. Mathew has the right to sue for reputation damage, so Google will provide him with user information such as name, phone number, location metadata and IP address.

Dr. Mathew's lawyer says Google is responsible for the posting on its platform of damaging its reputation.
